This Privacy Policy describes how RunFit collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information when you use the RunFit mobile app or runfit.app website.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect nickname, email address, age, gender, height, weight, goals, medical conditions and allergies you choose to provide, diet plans, workout plans, step count, water intake, meal photos, device information, IP address, app logs, error logs, Firebase notification token and subscription status.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide personalized AI diet and fitness coaching,

• To analyze meal photos and estimate nutrition information,
• To track hydration, steps and progress,
• To manage accounts, subscriptions and premium access,
• To send reminders and push notifications,

3. App Permissions

Camera permission is used only for meal photo analysis. Microphone permission is used only when you choose voice input. Physical activity permission is used for step tracking. Notification permission is used for reminders and app messages.

4. Health and Fitness Data

RunFit processes health and fitness related information that you voluntarily provide. This data is used to personalize wellness, nutrition and fitness features. RunFit is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

5. AI Features

AI-generated content may include errors or incomplete information. You should not rely on RunFit for diagnosis, treatment or emergency situations.

6. Sharing

We may share information with hosting providers, cloud services, AI providers, analytics/crash reporting services, push notification providers, app store billing systems, legal advisers and authorities when required.

7. Payments

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Google Play, Apple App Store or similar providers. We do not store full payment card information.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for service, legal, accounting or security purposes. You may request account deletion. Some records may be retained where required by law.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children

The service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

11. International Users

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We apply appropriate safeguards where required.

12. Your Choices

You can update profile information, withdraw optional permissions through device settings, disable push notifications, cancel subscriptions through the relevant app store, and request account deletion.
